1. About these terms

These terms explain the use of https://eduvisionglobal.com, operated by EduVision Global Education & Visa Services (EVG). They cover the website and its enquiry and submission facilities, and do not replace a separate agreement for a particular service.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about EVG and send relevant enquiries or service requests. Use it lawfully and respect other people's rights and privacy.

If you provide information or documents about another person, you must have appropriate authority. Where a child's information is provided, appropriate parental, guardian or other lawful authority is required. Public forms do not require a customer account; restricted administration is for authorised users only.

3. General education and visa information

Website content, including education, visa, country, service and news information, is general information. It may not address your circumstances and can become outdated. Check requirements, deadlines, fees and eligibility with the responsible institution or authority before acting.

General website information does not replace individual legal or regulated migration advice. Obtain appropriately qualified or authorised advice where needed. The precise service, provider, scope and fees must be confirmed separately before engagement.

4. No guaranteed outcome

EVG does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, migration status, insurance acceptance or other decisions made by institutions, insurers or government authorities.

An EVG submission reference confirms receipt by our website system. It does not mean an application has been lodged with or approved by another organisation. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Your information and documents

You are responsible for checking that the information and documents you provide are accurate, complete and relevant, and for telling EVG about material changes or errors. Do not provide forged, misleading, unlawful or malicious material, or documents you are not entitled to provide.

Review your answers and uploaded files before submitting. A selected file must finish uploading to be included; check the review screen and confirmation. Documents are optional in the current form, but may be required later for an agreed service or by an institution or authority.

6. Submissions and communication

Submitting an enquiry or application allows EVG to receive and review your request. It does not by itself mean EVG has agreed to provide a particular service. The Apply form's displayed consent remains required; these terms do not replace it or authorise unrelated uses of information. Our Privacy Policy explains website information handling.

If no confirmation appears, contact EVG before repeatedly sending the same request. For urgent deadlines, contact us directly and confirm the next steps rather than relying solely on a website submission.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, design, branding, software and other material belong to EVG or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and retain reasonable copies for your personal consideration of EVG services. Other reproduction, distribution, commercial reuse or misleading use of branding requires the relevant rights holder's permission unless permitted by law.

Providing your information or documents does not transfer ownership of them to EVG.

External links, including Facebook and Google Maps, lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. EVG does not control those services or their content.

11. Changes and contact

We may update website content, functionality and these terms. The current terms show their last-updated date. Updates do not automatically amend an existing separate service agreement or remove rights already arising under applicable law.
